Rays of Sunlight

Tis the season to love being home with family! I am having a grand time with my two precious angels. Today we had "movie time" and we turned out the lights and ate popcorn and watched "Horton Hears a Who".
I also had such an amazing yoga practice this morning. I have found a new class that meets my wants and needs. I found a class at Midtown yoga in Memphis that is a level III. It is a flow class that has a full course of asanas. What I really liked the most was how much deeper the poses were entered into and out of. Grace is the instructor, and her name really describes her. She moves with such Grace. I told her after class that her class exceeded my greatest desires. I just love going to different classes and discovering all gifts that each teacher has to offer. Right now I feel that my yoga practice is ready to go "deeper". I want to be "stretched" (ha ha, both literally and metaphorically). I got to play with scorpion pose and many other very deep postures. I just loved it!!
I must give God the glory here, of course. He knows my heart, my needs, my desires and I am finding that he fills these desires as I continue to seek Him and His will daily.
