Sadie Nardini My online yoga teacher!!

I have been trying to find someone who could really get me into certain postures and I have found a jewel. Sadie Nardini is the director of East West Yoga in New York. She has been a great inspiration for me. I watch her video from utube often and learn constantly new and exciting ways of vinyasas.
