Chataranga Dandasana

During my recent teacher training under Shiva Rea I was taught that the chataranga dandasana asana has been being taught wrong in many instances in the past. What use to be called croidile pose where the hips were slightly higher has been causing rotator cuff injuries. This video is useful tutorial that has helped me to watch for poor alignment in chataranga.

I have been guilty of doing this pose with my hips higher. For now I must retrain my own body so that I can care for my shoulders, and others too.
Namaste.
